When you click the extension, it reads the active page content in order to convert that page into Markdown. This processing happens locally on your device.
The generated Markdown remains on your device. You may choose to copy it to your clipboard or download it as a .md file.
Page to Markdown does not use remote servers, external APIs, analytics, tracking tools, advertising services, or cloud storage.
The extension does not send page content or generated Markdown to any third party.
Page to Markdown requests only the permissions needed to provide its single purpose.
Page to Markdown does not knowingly collect information from children or any other users.
